Polaris is a fostering agency comprising seventeen brands that work together to provide children and young people with a vital sense of belonging, safety, and self-worth.
Working across all seventeen brands, I create and manage a diverse range of digital and printed communications, ensuring a consistent and engaging visual identity throughout the organisation. From large-scale reports and brochures to social media campaigns, motion graphics, advertising, and marketing materials, my work helps support the recruitment of foster carers and the placement of children and young people into loving, supportive homes.

The paid advertising campaigns shown below were developed for FCA and deployed across multiple brands.
Following the introduction of the refreshed creative approach, FCA saw a 14% increase in engagement. The campaign target IVI was 30, and we exceeded this by reaching 40 within the first week.
Campaign insights showed that imagery featuring slightly more sombre-looking children delivered the strongest results, particularly when the child was the primary focal point of the advert. The introduction of animated creative further enhanced performance, generating an overall 21.5% increase in engagement.
