Polaris Community

Polaris is a fostering agency comprising seventeen brands that work together to provide children and young people with a vital sense of belonging, safety, and self-worth.

The Problem

Polaris Community is a group of seventeen organisations working across fostering, adoption, education and residential care. The challenge was to maintain a consistent visual identity across multiple brands while communicating complex information in a clear, engaging and accessible way for a variety of audiences.

My Role

Working across all seventeen Polaris brands, I receive and manage multiple creative briefs daily from a wide range of stakeholders, covering both internal and external communications. Projects range from recruitment campaigns and educational resources to reports, social media content, motion graphics and marketing collateral. One of the most successful campaigns was created for FCA, a Polaris fostering agency, where refreshed creative concepts delivered a 14% increase in engagement, with animated content generating a further 21.5% uplift in overall campaign performance.

The Solution

Through strategic brand application, strong typography and accessible design, I create engaging communications that simplify complex information and deliver a consistent experience across all touchpoints. My work spans print, digital and motion design, helping Polaris connect with audiences across the UK while supporting the recruitment of foster carers and the placement of children and young people into safe, supportive homes.
